In phase 1 of HISPC, the New Hampshire team completed the work summarized above. In phase 2, each state implemented a state-specific project and planned for multi-state collaboration in phase 3. New Hampshire's phase 2 project included the creation of guiding principles for consent that can be used to update state law and a legislative proposal for the 2008 legislative session. New Hampshire also collaborated with Maine to determine minimum common data sets for the exchange of mental health and public health information.
