Women have unique information needs during their pregnancies, ranging from medical questions about pregnancy to logistical concerns about hospital policies. This project is designed to understand these needs, the contexts in which they occur, and the resources used.
The project used text messaging reminders to assess the impact of personal medication management tools on medication adherence in adolescents with asthma.
The project team successfully developed a knowledgebase specific to medication management for children. The tools created included an algorithm for rounding of medication doses and a compounded medication knowledgebase.
Develops a patient Master Visit Registry (MVR), addressing the need for better information sharing among clinical organizations and enhancing their ability to give patients continuous high-quality care when they change providers.
