Adopting new information technologies means changing the way your organization works.  And that means addressing a whole range of challenges, including workflow issues, data access, inter-provider communication, and decision support.  You need to anticipate problems and have a plan for managing them.  Dr. Zafar will give you real-life examples of how to tackle early implementation issues and demonstrate value from health IT adoption.
