This project conducted research on the role of human factors in the provision of health care in the home.

In this project, the team identified the most appropriate and feasible methods of collecting data on national performance on the adoption, use, and outcomes of health IT.

This project is convening focus groups to gain insight into health care consumers' awareness and perceptions of health information technology and obtain feedback on how best to engage consumers in the design and implementation of future innovations.
