This research supported the testing of two interoperable Substitutable Medical Applications Reusable Technologies (SMART®) on Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®) electronic care (e-care) plan applications.

This contract provided the administration and management of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's “Step Up App Challenge: Advancing Care Through Patient Self-Assessments.”

This research supported the development of electronic applications that enable the collection of diverse patient-reported outcome measures in a standardized manner across health providers and systems to enable broader data sharing for clinical care and research.
