Health IT Survey Compendium
The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: This project refined a set of asthma care quality measures and developed and validated the use of an automated method using natural language processing to utilize the measures.

Description: Created a secure infrastructure for communication among providers to allow electronic sharing of patient clinical information with hospitals and other physicians/health providers in the county, region, and State; also assessed the effectiveness of the system in improving workflow, timeliness and completeness of information, patient safety, continuity of care, and health outcomes.

Description: This project developed a tool to promote activation, communication, engagement, and self-management of pediatric blood and marrow transplant patients and their parents and found that patient-centric tools can successfully engage caregivers in hospital care.
