Health IT Survey Compendium
The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: RTI International developed and implemented a 3-year technical assistance program to help AHRQ provide support to Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Programs agencies to assist in developing and implementing health IT and HIE.

Description: This project built a prototype data exchange and functioned as a learning laboratory which identified architecture and policy issues needing to be addressed to establish a sustainable business model for health information exchanges.

Description: The project developed and evaluated an Internet-based patient Wellness Portal linked to Preventative Services Reminder System to facilitate patient-centered, preventive care in primary care practices.

Description: Implemented a Patient-Centered Medication Information System (PCMIS) to provide secure access to accurate, complete, and current medication information for patients, clinicians, pharmacists, and nurses, reconciled differences in medication information, and provided a platform for evidence-based decision support; assessed the benefits and costs of the system.

Description: This project examined adults aged 40-85 and their ability to conduct health management tasks within a simulated patient portal of an electronic medical record.
