Health IT Survey Compendium
The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: This project built a prototype data exchange and functioned as a learning laboratory which identified architecture and policy issues needing to be addressed to establish a sustainable business model for health information exchanges.

Description: Created a detailed assessment of the feasibility of health IT implementation including the development of an implementation plan, specification of clinical and organizational needs, identification of goals, and identification of barriers and ways to address those barriers.

Description: This study assessed the barriers, facilitators, and impact of implementing an electronic health record in a home care agency, and developed recommendations for Meaningful Use (MU) objectives in long-term and post-acute care settings.

Description: The Utah Health Information Network is an AHRQ sponsored State and Regional Demonstration Project whose goal was to implement statewide information and communication technologies to facilitate the exchange of clinical data among its members.

Description: The purpose of this project was to examine the feasibility of developing an electronic health information network to provide clinicians with patients' medical information during care transfers and found that, while feasible, there are significant barriers to information exchange.

Description: The Workshop on Interactive Systems in Healthcare was held on October 22, 2011 as an interdisciplinary research symposium providing a forum for communicating and disseminating health information technology-related research.

Description: In this project, the National Quality Forum reconvened the Health Information Technology Expert Panel (HITEP-II) to gather, synthesize, and refine clinical workflow maps, focusing on care processes related to the previously prioritized set of measures.

Description: Developed a community-wide HIE collaborative in a rural area that gave patients and providers access to comprehensive clinical data on the Internet; developed disease-management prototypes on diabetes, pediatric asthma, depression, and low back pain and evaluated the development, implementation, and outcomes of the collaborative.
