Health IT Survey Compendium
The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: This research will adapt an existing interoperable clinical decision support (CDS) tool for prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) to those with traumatic brain injury, scale it using an implementation strategy called SCALED (Scaling AcceptabLE cDs), and evaluate that approach to ensure that CDS tools are based on the most current evidence.

Description: The research team designed and tested a data visualization tool of both home- and clinic-derived blood pressure data to aid patients and physicians to better understand hypertension control and inform shared treatment decisions.

Description: This research provided patients direct access to their cancer genomic sequencing results through a web-based portal: Helping Oncology Patients Explore-Genomics (HOPE-Genomics).
