The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: Disseminated strategies targeted toward increasing immunizations and preventive care, including a computer reminder system to practices in a Practice-based Research Network (PBRN). Assessesed, using a randomized controlled trial methodology, the relative adoption success of academic detailing combined with and without practice facilitation and technology implementation assistance, on the delivery of preventive services.

Description: This study assessed the barriers, facilitators, and impact of implementing an electronic health record in a home care agency, and developed recommendations for Meaningful Use (MU) objectives in long-term and post-acute care settings.
