Health IT Survey Compendium
The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: This research will enhance an existing mobile platform to support self-management and shared decision making for those with asthma. Researchers will use patient-reported outcomes and calculate a Respiratory Symptoms Risk Score using voice biomarkers, with the aim of improving outcomes.

Description: This research linked a web viewer for 3D models of patient homes to an electronic health record so that the models could be viewable and annotated from within a patient’s record for better discharge planning.

Description: This project supported a 2-day conference called the Ethics in Investigational and Interventional Uses of Immersive VR (e3iVR), hosted by the Living Environments Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
