Health IT Survey Compendium
The Health IT Survey Compendium provides a centralized resource of publically available health IT surveys, many of which were developed by AHRQ-funded projects. Surveys may be used as is, serve as templates to create new surveys, or questions pulled out and used on their own.

Description: The Utah Health Information Network is an AHRQ sponsored State and Regional Demonstration Project whose goal was to implement statewide information and communication technologies to facilitate the exchange of clinical data among its members.

Description: This research developed algorithms for eight key drug-drug interactions (DDI) to inform the building of contextualized DDI alerts; developed and tested three DDI-clinical decision support (CDS) apps; and disseminated the information and algorithms via the DDI-CDS.org website, webinars, and publications.
