Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Clinical Decision Support Prototype Development and Dissemination
This project developed and enhanced CDS Connect, an online platform that aimed to demonstrate a systematic and replicable process for transforming evidence-based research findings, including findings from patient-centered outcomes research, into publicly available, shareable clinical decision support.
This project developed key findings and recommendations to achieving a national-scale “Learning Health System” for identifying and sharing effective practices of care.
This report was created to address the nationally significant challenge of developing comprehensive clinical datasets, collected in real world environments and accessible in real time, to support clinical research and to address public health concerns.
