This project studied electronic health record use, workflow, physician-patient communication, cognitive load, and user satisfaction and found multiple factors that influence physicians' work practices and perceived workload.

An Internet portal integrated with a telemetry treatment device was developed to provide users of continuous positive airway pressure flow generators, used to prevent sleep apnea, with access to clinical data, educational materials, and support.
